Even with great teams, it’s never a matter of telling them the strategy and then leading them in execution. The team needs a narrative that they can make themselves part of. Everyone wants to be part of something great. That’s part of being human.

I agree 100% on choosing EQ over many other skills and I’m convinced of that more each passing year.
